Title: Low Fat Honey Dijon Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

1 Shallot
1clGarlic
3tbDijon mustard
  Salt
  Pepper; freshly ground
1tbRed wine vinegar
1/4cChicken broth
3tbHoney
1tbLemon juice; fresh squeezed
1/4cSweet white wine; such as extra dry sparkling wine
1/2cFat free sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour in bowl; beat in sour cream with fork. Pour into lidded jar. Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to develop.

Yield - 1.1/2 cups. Per tbsp - 17 cal, no fat
